Cali has an economy that is larger than a lot of countries. It could easily secede.

States rights don't make states exempt from federal laws. The Constitution clearly says that no state can pass laws that override federal laws. That's why I am so concerned because the states are already that and nothing is being done about it because Congress is so polarized.
