CIs have to be able to keep their mouths shut about their status. Trump could never do that. He would be crowing about everything he was involved in. Trump has been able to get away with everything for years because he could afford good lawyers. Now that good lawyers are no longer willing to work for him, he's just trying to run out the clock until November.
