Clarence Thomas’ Unhinged Dissent on Gun Rights Case

He is completely misinterpreting the Constitution and the historical context

Ya know, Trump is not the only public official that seems to be losing it. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas appears to be losing his grip also.

Take a look at his lone dissent on a case today. All the justices were in agreement that a person with a history of domestic abuse should not be allowed to own a gun. Seems pretty straightforward, doesn’t it?

Let’s look at some statistics. 92% of female murder victims knew their male killers. 61% of those were killed by their intimate partners. And a whopping 53% of female murder victims were killed with a firearm, mainly handguns.

Yup, looks like the justices were right on the money.

Except the self-hating Black man. He is more concerned that a person … okay, let’s call it like it is … a man, cannot have his constitutional right to bear arms taken away from him just because he has a history of domestic abuse and, in this case, has a restraining order against him.
