Congressional MAGA Morons Conduct Their Own Investigation into the Trump Assassination Attempt
They don’t trust the bipartisan committee that is conducting the official investigation
While the presidential candidates are busy hitting the campaign trail this holiday weekend, let’s pause for a moment and take stock of the bipartisan House committee investigating the attempted assassination of Trump.
For the record, I believe that the Secret Service was involved in the attempt to take out Trump. There’s just no fucking way that the Secret Service would have made the “errors” they are accused of making, leaving Trump exposed to sniper fire.
I have no theory as to why the Secret Service was involved or what their specific role in the conspiracy … because it was a conspiracy … was. Just that they made it as easy as possible for an amateur sniper to get close enough to kill Trump.
Back to the Congressional committee. It’s your standard bipartisan committee. Speaker Mike Johnson appointed the Republican members while Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries appointed the Democratic members. The committee was approved by a unanimous vote of the House and has subpoena powers.
