Did you have a chance to watch his interview with Judy Woodruff the next day? He had trouble walking to his chair, he slurred his words, he dropped entire syllables (elected became lected, appeal became peal, etc), and he kept losing his train of thought.

It was a deeply disturbing performance. The man is clearly not well.
