Elise Stefanik Files Ethics Complaint Against Jack Smith
She is accusing him of interfering with the 2024 election
As long as we are on the topic of women who are pathetically obvious in their efforts to become Trump’s running mate in 2024, let’s talk about Elise Stefanik. She’s at it again.
Back in November, she filed an ethics complaint against Judge Arthur Engoron who oversaw Trump’s civil fraud trial. Stefanik accused Engoron of “inappropriate bias and judicial intemperance” and called on him to resign.
In December, she asked for an ethics investigation into U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell, a federal judge who oversaw the cases of Trump’s involvement with the January 6 insurrectionists.
Then, in February of this year, Stefanik filed a complaint against New York Attorney General Letitia James, who brought the civil fraud case against Trump. She accused James of “conducting a biased investigation and prosecution of Trump and attacking him through extrajudicial statements“ and asked that James be disbarred or suspended.
Well, now she is going after special counsel Jack Smith. She has filed an ethics complaint against him alleging that he is interfering with the 2024 presidential election.
