Excellent analysis! I keep saying that today's so-called progressives remind me of the Boomers back in the 60s when they were young and idealistic. Now they have become like their parents with rigid views and no concern for others. We need to get back to that hopeful idealism or we risk sinking into a dying, sclerotic society.
