Gene, did you bother to read ANY of my article? I very clearly stated that this has happened before and that there are work-arounds for it BUT ... and here is where it would have come in handy if you had actually read my article ... this time state Republicans are refusing to agree to and vote for the work-arounds.

Sheesh. I don't mind when people disagree with me, but at least read what I wrote before dashing off to the comment section and accusing me of not doing my homework before posting.
