Honduras Threatening To Close US Military Bases If There Are Mass Deportations
Also a quick note in the certification of the 2024 election
Uh, oh. Trump’s plan to deport millions of illegal immigrants from the US has just run into a snag. President Xiomara Castro of Honduras has announced that if Trump does start mass deportations, she will kick the Americans out of their military bases in her country.
“Faced with a hostile attitude of mass expulsion of our brothers, we would have to consider a change in our policies of cooperation with the United States, especially in the military arena. Without paying a cent for decades, they maintain military bases in our territory, which in this case would lose all reason to exist in Honduras.”

Don’tcha love the fact that Trump and his MAGA morons just assume that people of color, especially from the so-called shit hole countries, will just go along with their plans? That they won’t object or try to stop the plans?
It never seems to occur to them that anyone who is not a white cis male might disagree with their plans. Women of any hue? Pah. People of color? Pah. Members of the LGBTQ+ community? Double pah.
