I agree that Trump's obsession with the 2020 election is getting old with his supporters. He needs something new to rile them up and re-engage them. I think both extremism and his perceived persecution by the DOJ and New York and Georgia may be just the ticket.

I think he will win the nomination in 2024 the same way that he won it in 2016. So many other candidates will be running, that they will split the primary vote leaving Trump the winner in most states. He won the nomination in 2016 with only 40% of the vote.
