I agree with you. You know how excited I was last year when moderate Republicans started discussions about forming a new party. I wrote a few articles about it hoping the trace the evolution of a much-needed new, real, conservative party. Alas, they seem to have faded away. Other than a few tepid endorsements in 2021, we haven't heard a peep out of them. It's a real tragedy. We need them now more than ever.
