I agree with you that Trump drove earnings in the media and even here on Medium. Irony: commenters on my articles tell me to stop writing about Trump but those are my most popular articles. If people would just stop reading about him, I would gladly stop writing about him.

I have to disagree that Trump is aware of his increasing irrelevance. As long as he is allowed to meddle in elections and politicians make pilgrimages to Mar-a-Lago and Bedminster seeking his endorsement, Trump will continue to believe that he is as popular as ever.

He wants to start holding rallies again. I wonder what the attendance will be like!
