I have to disagree. You are not giving enough weight to Trump’s post-election legal challenges. Thanks to the efforts of Mitch McConnell, the Republicans have packed the courts with conservative judges who will rule in Trump’s favor. And if they don’t, with the addition of Amy Coney Barrett, there will be a conservative super majority on the Supreme Court who will hand the election to Trump.
