I hear ya. Normally, we could resort to the Supreme Court, but that has been packed with conservatives. That's Biden's fault, by the way. He had the chance to expand the court and appoint some liberal justices, but he refused to do it. So we are stuck with conservative justices who will not challenge a conservative president like DeSantis.

We'd have to take some damage in the meantime, but I think we could just apply the usual remedy. Wait two years for the midterms and then vote the Democrats back into Congress. They could undo all of his legislation, as long as they had a veto-proof majority, not the miniscule majorities they have now.

And I think that they would have bigger majorities. After two years of DeSantis, I think voters would have had enough and want a change. That's usually what happens in midterm elections and why the party that holds the White House usually loses the midterms.
