I like the way you think! In an ideal world, SCOTUS would say "oops" and void the decision since it is based on a false premise, but this is the real world and old white men (and delusional white women) can never admit that they are wrong. We are stuck with a decision that just legalized discrimination. It won't be long before we are back to Jim Crow and rampant anti-semitism, and gays forced back in the closet. And women, well we all know what will happen to women. It won't be pretty.
