1. I disagree that Pence initially said yes to Trump and then changed his mind. If that were true, Trump would have "trumpeted" it for all to hear and called him a lot of names.
2. How will your timeline affect Pence's anticipated presidential campaign? The Republican primary debates are scheduled to begin in August and one of the criteria to get on the stage is donors and fundraising. Can he campaign and fundraise while battling the subpoena?
