I worry about DeSantis also. The Congress, not so much. The Republicans only (barely control the House. The Democrats control the Senate and the White House. Even if the Republicans are able to get their shit together and actually pass legislation, it will die in the Senate. As for Biden, I worry more about Harris succeeding him if he runs but can't serve.
