If you read the article that I linked to, you will see that Dr. Pino was suspended for sending emails to his staff urging them to get vaccinated. There is an investigation going on to see if any laws were broken.

Jeremy T. Redfern, the press secretary for the Department of Health, said that the decision to get vaccinated “is a personal medical choice that should be made free from coercion and mandates from employers.”

Hence my statement that apparently just encouraging your staff to get vaccinated is against the law in Florida.
