Is Nancy Pelosi Committing Elder Abuse?
She is doing her best to keep Dianne Feinstein alive and in the Senate
Ya know who I haven’t talked about in a long while? Nancy Pelosi. Remember her?
She hasn’t gone away. Au contraire, she has merely moved behind the scenes where she can be more discreet about influencing events. Which is a nice way of saying, that she may no longer be speaker, but she is still pulling the strings in Congress.
I was asked in the comments on one of my articles if I had nicknames for other politicians than Calamity Kamala. As you all know, I do. And now I have a new one. I’m nicknaming Nancy Pelosi “Cruella de Vil.”
Here’s why.
Nancy has been the one pushing to keep Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) in office until the end of her term. Despite calls from her own party for her to resign.
The problem is that if Feinstein resigns as her fellow Democrats are demanding, then California governor Gavin Newsom has already committed to appointing a Black woman to replace her. Right now, Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) is the most likely candidate. She is, in fact, running to replace Feinstein in 2024.
