It will just harden their support for him. They think that he is being persecuted. Indictments and convictions will just make him a martyr in their eyes.

The real concern in my mind is voters who decide to sit out the election because they don't want to vote for a Biden/Harris ticket or the Republucan alternative. If enough of them don't vote, it could throw the election to the Republican candidate.
