Harris picks Minnesota governor Tim Walz as her running mate

This could be absolute genius or the worst VP pick since Sarah Palin. I get what Harris is trying to do. Instead of forcing voters to choose between two old white guys, both still mired in the 20th century, Harris is offering a choice between a felon and a prosecutor at the top of the ticket while on the bottom of the ticket, it’s conservative hillbilly vs. progressive hillbilly.

So far, the Democrats are loving it. But they also loved it when Biden was running, so I’m not sure that you can trust their opinion.

Let’s take a moment to consider who Harris did not pick. There was Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona, former fighter pilot and astronaut, basically a fucking hero. I’m guessing that was way too much testosterone for Harris. Remember, she’s used to dealing with Biden who probably has to take Nugenix Total T just to get up in the morning.

First runner-up in Harris’ VP pageant was Pennsylvania governor “Genocide Josh” Shapiro. He could have delivered Pennsylvania, a must-win state, but has that little support for Israel problem. Pro-Palestinian protestors are already disrupting Harris’ speeches even without his presence.
