Karma Is Still Toying With Trump

The judge in the Georgia case looks both good and bad for Trump

Hey, remember when I wrote about Karma coming for Trump in the form of Judge Chutkan, the toughest judge handling the Jan 6 cases? Turns out that Karma is not finished with Trump yet.

Not by a long shot.

Fani Willis indicted Trump on 41 felony counts and when the Wheel of Fortune was spun to choose the judge handling the case, it stopped on Judge Scott F. McAfee, appointed to the Fulton County Superior Court by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp (R) in February of this year.

Judge McAfee graduated from law school at the University of Georgia. While a student there, he was the vice president of the Federalist Society and treasurer for the Law Republicans, a group described as “conservative, moderate and libertarian” law students.

Sounds good so far, right? Judge McAfee graduated in 2013 and one of his first jobs was in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office where his boss was none other than … Fani Willis.

Oh, Karma, you are a sly one.

This is what I think went on with Trump’s legal team when they found out who the judge was going to be for the Georgia case.
