A new PAC aims to defeat Sen. Ted Cruz in 2024
Hey guys, there’s good news coming out of Texas. I know, quite a surprise, isn’t it? “Good news” and “Texas” are almost never found in the same sentence.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R) is up for re-election in 2024. Apparently, Texans are not happy with him. It didn’t help when he ran away to Cancun during a power outage while Texans literally froze to death in the cold or that he tried to help his buddy, Trump, overthrow the federal government. And now … horror of horrors … He’s podcasting three times a week.
“He hosts three episodes a week talking about a whole bunch of stuff — none of which Texans care about whatsoever — and not doing his job.”
I dunno. Kinda sounds like something a Republican would say about a Democrat.
As a result, there is a new PAC called “LoseCruz” whose mission statement says:
“TED CRUZ TURNED HIS BACK ON TEXAS AND BETRAYED THE COUNTRY.
LoseCruz is a campaign led by Texans who are laser-focused on one goal: defeating Ted Cruz. We’re shining a light on his record to remind folks just how extreme and out of touch he is with everyday Texans.
Our efforts are uniting Texans from all walks of life — into a growing coalition…
