Medium is circling the drain. I've been writing online since 2008. I've seen a lot of writing sites come and go. They all had one thing in common: they all implemented a form of boosting as a last ditch effort to stay open by not paying their authors. That's what this is all about. Medium is trying its hardest not to pay us by throttling our traffic and earnings. I've lost 80% of both my traffic and my earnings since the boost was introduced. I hive Medium 6 - 12 months before it closes its doors.
