No. I mean exactly what I said. Trump thought that only those votes that were cast at the polls should be counted. Once the polls closed, no more votes should be counted. The part he couldn’t grasp is that mail-in ballots are not counted when they are received. They are counted starting on election day. Then it takes several days to complete the count.
