Obamacare wasn't "saved". The court ruled that the states had no standing to sue. That means that they are not harmed by Obamacare and therefore have no right to sue.

That's a big difference from "saving" Obamacare. Obamacare is still vulnerable. The Republicans will continue to chip away at it. Their stated intent is to destroy it.
