OMG! I had not idea that the idea of splitting off was serious enough that it's on the ballot. I wish I had known so that I could have included it in this article. That's a perfect example of states going to war against each other.

I live in a Blue state also but not all of it is blue. The southern part of the state is deep red. Lotsa pickups flying Confederate flags and all that. Protests against vaccine and mask mandates.

I am truly frightened about what the country will be like after the Republicans win the midterms.
