PA Rep. Scott Perry May Be Ineligible to Run For Re-Election

A lawsuit has been filed to bar him from the ballot under the 14th Amendment

Rep. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania has joined the Kool Kids Club. A lawsuit has been filed saying that he should be removed from the Republican primary ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Yup, Trump is no longer the sole member of the Kool Kids Club For Banned Candidates.

How much do you wanna bet that 14th amendment lawsuits are going to continue to crop up across the land against Republicans who were so desperate in 2020 to curry favor with Trump that they were willing to throw caution to the wind and join in helping him try to overturn the 2020 election?

Let’s take a short trip back in time and see what Scottie was doing in 2020 and 2021 that would make people think that he is not qualified to serve in government.
