Please go to YouTube and watch recordings of interviews that he did 10 or 15 years ago. He was a completely different person. He had a rich vocabulary. He spoke in complete, grammatically correct sentences. His decline since then is obvious and has speeded up since he left office. That’s how dementia works. It’s not a smooth downhill. It starts slowly and then speeds up as time goes by.
