SCOTUS Allows Ghost Gun Regulation to Remain in Effect

There is more at stake than meets the eye

In case you’re wondering why I’m not ranting about the swirl of motions and Truth Social posts emanating from Florida and DC, I will readily admit that I don’t have a clue what’s going on. I’m not a lawyer.

What I do know is that Trump and his attorneys have begun their delay, delay, delay tactics, questioning everything and throwing out ridiculous legal and Constitutional theories in their quest to delay both trials until after the election which Trump is confident that he will win.

It pains me to say this, but I agree with him. As it stands right now, Trump will win the 2024 election. Only two things can prevent this. His death (from natural causes, of course,) or Biden leaving the race and other Democratic candidates competing for the nomination.

Since neither of those scenarios is likely to happen, Trump will be our next, and last, president. Cuz you know, once he is safely ensconced in the oval office again, he has no intention of ever leaving.

So, instead, let’s talk about ghost guns. Specifically, the regulation of ghost guns. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives issued a new regulation last year broadening the
