And for the record, she doesn't really want a divorce, more of a separation because she talks about the government shrinking and only being responsible for border security and some other stuff I don't recall.

She doesn't seem to understand the concept of secession. You're either in or you're out, you can't be kinda independent. Once the "divorce" is final, there is no more federal government for them and the money gets cut off.
