Thank you for subscribing! It means a lot. I had another subscriber that had the same problem. They solved it by rebooting their phone. I don't know how to tell you to reboot an iPnone (I have an Android). Another thing that you can try is to go to Settings -> Apps and reboot just the app. That's what I do when my NYT app freezes.

And don't forget to report the problem to Medium! Their app is notorious for being unstable but they can't fix the problem if they don't know about it. I reported this problem and the solution the subscriber notified me about. If enough people report it, maybe they will actually do something about it.
