Thank you for your insights. the "deterioration" that I was referring to is his very obvious dementia. I live in the New York metropolitan area and have been observing Trump since the 70s. With that kind of perspective, it is easy to see that he has developed dementia, which has been worsening since he was president. His father died of Alzheimer's so it is not surprising that Trump would also develop the disease.
