Thanks for the mention and the link! One thing I didn't mention in my article is that MTG somehow expects that red states can divorce blue states, but keep the government. She said it would be smaller and reduced to doing things like securing the border. She doesn't seem to understand that you can't secede, but still be a part of the country. I wish someone would ask her for a white paper or even just an outline of how the divorce she envisions would work. Maybe she refuses to go into detail because even she realizes that the separation she claims to want is impossible.
