We all knew this was going to happen, right? After all the hysteria in the schools over transgender students in the girls’ bathrooms and on their sports teams, it was just a matter of time before an openly transgender woman was elected to Congress and now the House has their very own “pervert” to bully.

Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina … where else … didn’t even wait for the new representative, Sarah McBride of Delaware, to be sworn in before moving to change the House rules to forbid non-biological women from using the women’s bathrooms and changing rooms.

Mace said:

“Sarah McBride doesn’t get a say. I mean, this is a biological man. She does not belong in women’s spaces, women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, changing rooms — period, full stop.”

Hmmm … there are already transgender staff employed at the Capitol who are using the bathrooms with no problems. And don’t forget the visitors. I’m pretty certain more than a few of those visitors have been transgender and used the bathrooms without the world coming to an end.

Of course, Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia had to get into the action:

“He’s a man. He’s a biological male. So he is not allowed to use our women’s restrooms…
