Oh my God, you guys. I am literally rolling on the floor laughing my ass off. Trump is floating the idea of sending what he is calling tax refund checks of $5,000 to every tax paying household in the country. The money supposedly represents 20% of the savings that DOGE is cutting from the government by slashing budgets, closing agencies, and firing everyone who is not on the verge of retirement.
First off, does anyone honestly believe that Trump will be sending out checks to people and not pocketing the savings himself or handing it out to his billionaire buddies?
Honest to God, I can’t wait to see how gullible MAGA morons are. I bet they are already figuring out what they can spend that $5,000 on. Maybe a down payment on a double wide?
Yes, there will be much joy down in MAGAville. Their Orange deity is coming through for them bigly. And not only are they going to get the princely sum of $5,000, but another 20% of the savings found by DOGE will be used to pay down the deficit.
Trump is truly a God. Only he could pull off this miracle. Obama couldn’t do it. Biden couldn’t do it. Harris probably couldn’t have done it.
