Biden will not be prosecuted for stealing classified documents because he is not competent to stand trial
Okay, you knew that I was going to write about this, right? And that it’s not going to be pretty. So, all of you diehard Biden fans might want to skip this one. Or head straight to the comment section and vent your spleens as you do whenever I write about Biden.
You will never convince me to change my mind, but if it makes you feel better, fire away.
As for the rest of us, Special Counsel Robert K. Hur released his report on his findings in his investigation into classified documents that were found in Biden’s home and garage.
Before we go any further, I will admit that Biden’s document case is different from Trump’s document case because upon the discovery of the documents, he immediately returned them and allowed the FBI to search his home for more, unlike Trump who refused to return the documents in his possession, forcing the FBI to obtain a warrant to search his home and seize the documents.
Here’s where the two cases are similar. And this is in Hur’s report which you can read here. Both men illegally removed classified documents from the White House and subsequently shared them with unauthorized people.
