The first three years of Trump’s presidency? What reality were you living in? The rest of us were living in the reality of constant staff turnover, allies being threatened, Trump cozying up to dictators and starting a trade war with China, human rights abuses both at the border and right in our own hometowns, the degradation of women, minorities and the LGBTQ community. And then there were the loyalty oaths to Trump if anyone wanted a job in the government. I remember those years very well.
