The point I was making was, how would SCOTUS interpret it if Congress barred Trump from running and he sued? Since SCOTUS is very conservative and three of them are Trump appointees, I was speculating that the justices could interpret the section very literally and say that since president and vice president aren't specifically mentioned, then the section doesn't apply to those offices and allow him to run for president again.
