The real problem is Chuck Schumer who is not doing his job. It's a very simple one: keep the Senate Democrats in line to support Democratic legislation. He has not done that. Instead he has allowed Manchin and Sinema to run around like a couple of rebellious teenagers and refuse to do the jobs for which they were elected.
