The reason that I reject the term fascist dictator in reference to Trump is that fascist dictators are usually politicians with a plan to seize power and govern. Trump is an ignorant bully with, as you say, a desire to act like a mob boss. He doesn't want to govern, he doesn't want to be a part of the global community, he just wants power to enrich himself.
