To me, he sounds a lot different than when he was in office. Back then, he had written speeches but veered off-script frequently to rant and rave about his pet peeves. Now he sticks to his speeches and just drones on and on. Very low energy (hee hee). The man is not well. He leans on the podium for support. Much less gesticulation. Just droning on and on.
