Trump Accuses Harris of Being Black
How much longer can his campaign keep up the fiction that he is sane and rational?
Oh my God, you guys. You know how I’m always saying that Trump may not make it until the election? He’s literally unravelling right in front of us.
He did an interview at the National Association of Black Journalists on Wednesday that was shocking.
First of all, can we talk about the stage? Four chairs facing the audience, Trump’s chair had three gigantic American flags behind it. His insecurities are growing by the day. Yes, Donnie, we know that you used to be the president. You don’t need enormous flags to remind us.
Okay, now to the shocking part of the interview. After insisting that Kamala Harris had identified as Indian for most of her life, he said:
“I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black and now she wants to be known as Black. So I don’t know, is she Indian or is she Black?”
Shocking for a coupla reasons. The most important being that Harris has always identified as Black as far as I know. I admit that I didn’t know much about her until she ran for president in 2020, but I do know that she went to Howard University, a historically Black college and that she belongs…
