Rudy will have to split the proceeds of his own fundraiser with Trump
I really feel sorry for Rudy Giuliani. I do. See, I remember when he was a feared prosecutor taking down the Mafia, then as the New York City Mayor who made the city livable again, and who will ever forget his commanding presence after 9/11?
Nowadays, Rudy has fallen so low that when supporters started a legal defense fund for him with the intention of raising $5 million, they had to shut it down after raising less than $10,000.
So sad.
Especially since Trump owes him millions in unpaid legal fees. Despite knowing him for decades and knowing that Trump doesn’t pay his bills, Rudy apparently never got a signed retainer agreement from Trump when he started working for him to overturn the 2020 election.
Trump refused to pay because Rudy didn’t win any of the cases he filed.
Rudy, sweetie, that’s why you need that signed agreement. To be paid for your work, not the results.
Another consequence of his work for Trump was that he started racking up a shitload of legal fees of his own as a result of “criminal investigations, private lawsuits and legal disciplinary proceedings…
