Unfortunately, there is a law called the Public Accomodation law which says that if you own a business that serves the public, you cannot discriminate. That was the point of my article. Why was the restaurant allowed to break the law and discriminate against a religious group? Why is it okay to refuse to serve Christians, but not Jews or Muslims?
