Vance Says Courts Have No Authority Over Trump
I think it’s just an act
Big headlines today — Vance says that the courts have no right to say no to Trump.
WTF?
He’s a lawyer. He should know better. Of course the courts have every right to stop Trump’s illegal and unconstitutional actions. That’s what they are there for. Tripartite government. Checks and balances. All that happy horseshit.
What concerned me more was the fact that Vance was saying this. Remember, I am counting on him to dump Trump and take over as president.
I have been confidently predicting that Trump would be out of the White House by the end of the year, either dead, incapacitated or removed via the 25th Amendment. And that Vance would assume the presidency and be a more “normal” president.
Now he is supposedly egging Trump on as he destroys the fabric of our government and democracy by saying shit like:
“Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power.”
And …
“If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that’s also illegal.”
