Yes, I believe that. He said in 2020 that he would only serve one term. Now that he has gotten a taste for the presidency, he doesn't want to give it up. Everyone told him not to run. Even the DNC, but he ignored everyone and insisted on running. Utterly selfish with no regard for anyone but his own ego.
