You picked up on that too! When I wrote about Thomas’ concurrence, I pointed out that he wanted to get rid of all the decisions based on the flawed right to privacy EXCEPT interracial marriage. He doesn’t seem to see any problem with that. I’d love to see someone contest that decision just to watch him squirm.
