Your feed is determined by what authors and publications you subcribe to and the types of articles that you have in the past. I do not subscribe to any authors or publications that feature articles on sex nor do I read any articles on that topic so my feed has no sexual articles in it. Perhaps if you stopped reading articles on sex, they would not be featured in your feed.
