Tick, tock. We are rapidly counting down to the June 3 deadline when New Hampshire is required to change its law that says that they must be the first state in the nation to hold a presidential primary.

Why must New Hampshire change its law? Cuz Biden reordered the Democratic primary calendar so that South Carolina now goes first and New Hampshire not only will have to go second, but they will share a date with Nevada.

And … it just gets better and better … the governor of New Hampshire is a Republican and the legislature is majority Republican, so ya know that there is no way in hell that they are going to change a law that not only benefits Democrats but if it isn’t changed, will also cause the Democrats’ preferred candidate, Joe Biden, to lose his first primary.

They’ve got champagne on ice and are ready to celebrate.

In case you’re wondering, the Republican party has not changed the order of its primaries. This is purely a self-inflicted Democratic problem.

I’ve written about this before. Twice. Here and here. So you may be wondering why I am writing about it again.
